About Adam
There is hope
for everyone.

10years in private practice
This year marks ten years in private practice, and I’m grateful for every one of them. I specialize in relational psychotherapy: helping couples and individuals find their natural balance again.
I believe there is hope for everyone. Our well-being comes down to balance and feeling centred. For couples, that often means finding your way back to each other. For individuals, it means getting to the root cause, and the insight and self-awareness that help you heal.
None of that happens without trust. My job is to give you a setting where you feel safe and fully accepted, so you can work through what’s weighing on you at your own pace.
How I help
Individuals, couples
and families.
Whoever walks through my door, we start the same way: a safe space, careful listening, and a plan made for you.
-
Individuals
Anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, stress. Together we look past the symptoms to the root cause, and build the insight and self-awareness that help you heal.
Individual therapy → -
Couples
Communication, trust, infidelity, marriage and premarital work. A neutral space where you can both be heard, and start understanding each other again.
Couples counselling → -
Families
Conflict, divorce and big life changes, with preteens, teens and adults. We look at the patterns between people, not just within them.
